Board of Krishival Foods recommends final dividend As on : 04-May-26  17:45

Krishival Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.35 per equity Share (i.e. 3.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
